  The kitchen is one of the hallmarks of our long history is sinhala culture .The house wife was mostly dealing with join now. The local kitchen has a number of unique components and tools. The ancient chicken is made of clay. the floor and stove  are made of clay. Natural ingredients were used to cook food in a clay pot to collect water. The mortar and pestle and mortar and pestle were used to shorten the grain. Caste was used grind human stone for grinding and coconut spoons were used to distribute food and drink for kitchen work. In the past, grains like kurahan , raw mineri were also used , Batapolal ,  Gonabaru , Mavi used. Rise varieties such as Alu kanda , Madathawalu , Alley  as rise varieties . Kurakkan roti , Kurakkan paste , Kurahan pittu , Hathmaluwa , Salt lime... In the past , women used to exercise in the kitchen . There  fore, they are a group  of  people who are limited by diseases ...🌾🌾🌾🌾🌾 p

The 2018 all island dancing compitition competition was one of the most memorable compititions of my life .✨️ Up country - Naiyadi wannama Duvet  -   Nala damayanthi Group ballet -  Sankapala story  All three dance troupes were able to proform on the all island stage , winning regional and provincial titles.    The 2018 all island dance  compitition was held in anuradhapura . For this , all the winning dance troupes from all parts of Sri lanka come to Anuradhapura . our school team also left for anuradhapura two days before the dance compitition . i worshiped at the Atamasthana in Anuradhapura and received blessings🙏🙏 Later i left for the hostel , practiced during the night and participated  in the compititions the next day . On that day we ware able to compete with other schools and bring victory to our school .🎉️ I had a lot of experience  watching many dances that day and this is also an unforgatable memory that joined my life .✨️✨...

 Now a days, dancing costume design has become one of my favorite hobbies . I was referred to this by my dance teacher . She  taught me sewing when i was in grade 11. Later i become very much aware of colour matching to fabric cutting designs. pooja , gami , was involved in the creation of many types of treatrical costumes , such as creative arts. 😊I feel that even though many years have passed now , a lot of even though  many years have passed now , a lot of experince and creativity  has developed . I was able to get this theatrical costume designer because of my teacher . I thank her so much .🙏
